Refunds
If you want to return or refund an order placed with Ikea, please reach out to the Ikea support team to do so. Slope can't issue refunds or cancellations without confirmation from Ikea. You can find more information about Ikea's return policy here.
How Refunds Work
Once Ikea has issued a refund for a purchase made with your Slope account, Slope will get notified of the refund amount. The refund will then be issued to the corresponding order.
Refund Timing
Refunds are typically processed and posted to your Slope card in 3-5 business days after Ikea has initiated the refund. If you've already repaid Slope for the order, the money will be sent back to the original payment method.
Checking Your Refund Status
To check the status of a refund, log into your Buyer portal. You'll be able to see your order history and refund application. Each order will show the original amount, any applied refunds, and the current outstanding balance.
Payments
While you’re waiting for your refund, continue to make any payments that are due.
