Why don't I see the Pay Later for Business option at checkout, when I have available limit?

If you have a Pay Later for Business line but don't see it as a payment option during checkout, here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them:

Your available capacity might be less than your order total. Currently, you can only use Pay Later for Business when your available capacity can cover the entire order amount.

How to check your capacity:

• Log into your Alibaba payment center, or

• Visit your Slope portal at pay.slopepay.com

Need more capacity? You can free up additional capacity by repaying your outstanding loans early.

If you have adequate available capacity, check your Slope portal for any pending account actions that might be required before you can use your line for new orders.

If you don't see any pending actions on your Slope portal and still can't access Pay Later for Business at checkout, please contact Slope Support at support@slopepay.com. We respond within 1 business day and will help you get back up and running.
